Renata’s Birthday Fundraiser

Celebrate Renata's 42nd Annual 39th Birthday with a donation to rebuild Ukraine's Schools!

Renata's journey to world-renowned pedagogue began at a pre-school in Isny im Allgäu. Before the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, the University of Michigan, St. Michael's College, Harbord Collegiate Institute and elementary school in Edmonton, she attended a small village primary school. As a refugee in post-war Germany, her school provided structure and consistency to a life filled with uncertainty and upheaval.

Renata knows first-hand the steadying impact regular schooling has on the life of a child in tumultuous times and, for her birthday, she hopes to return this stability, at least somewhat, to the children of Ukraine.

Please join us in supporting Ukraine TrustChain, a 501(c)3 charity which has rebuilt 5 schools in the Kyiv and Chernihiv oblasts. We are currently focusing on the city of Chernihiv, a regional capital with a population the size of Pittsburgh and only 7 working schools.
